WWE Legends of Wrestle Mania Game Free Download For Pc

September 29, 2017 0
The game features a new grapple-based combo fighting system.[2][5] To differentiate itself from the SmackDown series, Legends of WrestleManiafocuses more on arcade-style gameplay (similar to WWF WrestleFest) with only the D-pad (or left analog stick) and the four face buttons needed on the gamepad. During play, the player's HUD features a health bar and a number between one and three. After successful chains of attacks, the number increases with more devastating moves now available. After completing the third level of moves, the wrestler's finishing move can then be performed. Continuous chains of moves are performed by pressing a button allocated by the screen before the player's opponent can. If the opponent beats the player at this, then the move is blocked and the chain is broken.[6] Each wrestler has five taunts, which will either increase his health meter or his speed, among others. In addition, when a wrestler is being pinned, a meter displays that determines how likely it is for the opponent to kick out of the pin. Unlike the WWE SmackDown games, a submission meter is the only indication to specific damaged body parts, as opposed to a body model located in the HUD.[7]
Managers play a significant part of the game, and interfere on behalf of their clients.[6] Features similar to the SmackDown series such as create-a-legend mode and online gameplay are also featured in the game.[2] There are many new moves created for this game, along with most moves that appeared in Smackdown vs. Raw 2009. Most moves were used for SmackDown vs. Raw 2010. A new mode featured is the WrestleMania Tour where classic WrestleMania matches can be recreated with classic WWE footage included to introduce the bout.[2] The game also includes a feature to import characters from WWE SmackDown vs. Raw 2009 (except for; Big Daddy VChuck PalumboElijah BurkeLance CadePaul London, and Trevor Murdoch).[8]

Game modes

The game features a WrestleMania Tour mode consisting of three options: Relive, Rewrite, and Redefine. In Relive, the player can play as a legend that won a match over a certain wrestler. Rewrite allows the player to play as the loser of a certain historic match in order to "rewrite" history. The player in this mode can watch a recap of the history of certain wrestlers, a recap of their feud, and a recap of their match at WrestleMania. In this mode, the player must complete certain objectives, besides winning the match. In Redefine, the player chooses any wrestler to play and the ability to change the match type. A Movie Theater is available to watch all unlocked match clips. The match types are Single, Tag Team, Triple Threat, Steel Cage, Ladder, Submission, Iron Man, Handicap, Hell in a Cell, and Royal Rumble.[9] Another game mode in WWE Legends of WrestleMania is the Legend Killer mode. The mode features six tiers, with four tiers having ten legends waiting to challenge the player, and the two others will have all the Legends from the game and a tier list for the Superstars from WWE SmackDown vs. Raw 2009 respectively. This mode is used to enhance the player's Create-a-Legend attributes.[10] Also featured is a Hall of Fame Mode, allowing players to view what they have unlocked.

Roster

The game featured 38 playable characters by default, and 4 non-playable managers. Players could extend the roster by choosing the "Import WWE SmackDown vs. Raw 2009" option on the main menu. This would import most of the male characters from SvR09 into the game. Unlockable characters would only be available if they had been previously unlocked in SvR09, however, female and downloadable content characters could not be imported. Each imported character had a unique moves set designed specifically for the WWE Legends of WrestleMania game. These moves sets became available automatically in "Create-A-Moves-Set" mode. This function required the SvR09 game to be loaded onto the console's internal memory. However, once imported, the characters remained permanently unlocked in WWE Legends of WrestleMania. Players did not need to retain the SvR09 game files on the internal memory in order to retain the SvR09 characters. Elijah BurkePaul London, Masked Man, Tony and Hornswoggle could not be imported.
Players could also create their own custom characters in "Create-A-WWE-Legend" mode. Alternatively, they could also import user-created characters from SvR09 save files. If the "Import WWE SmackDown vs. Raw 2009" function had been used, it made most entrance animations, videos and theme music from SvR09 available in the "Create-An-Entrance" modes.

WWE Raw Judgement Day Total Edition Game Free Download For Pc

September 29, 2017 0

WWF Raw (known as WWE Raw in other regions and on later re-releases) is a video game released on the Microsoft Xbox and Microsoft Windows by THQ in 2002. It is based on the television series of the same name. It was the first WWE game released on the Xbox and also the last WWE game released on PC until the release of WWE 2K15 thirteen years later in 2015. It is also the last game released under the WWF name as the World Wrestling Federation (WWF) changed its name to World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) in May of that year. A sequel was released in 2003.

During development, the game was originally called WWF Raw is War, but the title was changed after the WWF shortened the TV show's title in October 2001 due to September 11 attacks and end of Monday Night Wars.[1]

The game offers the players a wrestling experience with various matches like singles match, tag team match, triple threat, fatal four-way, battle royal and handicap matches. The players can also play various tournaments such as King of the Ring and several title tournaments. They can create their own character as well as their attire, move set and entrance. The game has a weak/strong grapple system and there are two types of grapples: one which is done with normal opponents and other with groggy opponents. The normal grapples do little harm when compared to grapples done when the opponent is stunned. There is a voltage meter which shows the momentum of the wrestlers. Special move, high flying attacks and taunting boost the momentum while repeated attacks cost loss in momentum. Finishers can only be applied when the opponent is stunned and the voltage meter is flashing. Excessive use of finisher also cause loss in momentum.

Gameplay

Exhibition Mode

The weak/strong grapple system from the past games has been removed. Characters now perform different moves based on their opponent's current physical state. Players now have a window of opportunity to attack while still in a downed state and can also interrupt moves and Royal Rumble eliminations with attacks. Similarly, the pinning meter from the past games has been reworked to make it more difficult to kick out as a wrestler takes more damage. The game's artificial intelligence has also been adjusted to prevent players from overusing the same move. In addition, the ability to store finishing moves has returned. A new feature called "Dynamic Comebacks" gives players on the verge of losing the opportunity to successfully hit a combination of moves to gain two finishing moves. New "wake up taunts" bring a downed opponent to their feet for a finishing move (such as Randy Orton pounding on the ground before his RKO finishing maneuver).[1] Players also have the ability to target specific limbs during matches and perform submissions through a new "Breaking Point" submission minigame.[4]

WWE Universe

"WWE Universe", the mode in which players participate in matches and storylines that are booked automatically, returned from the previous year with additional cutscenes. Changed from the previous iteration, the mode allows for players to create a title match on any given date rather than exclusively on pay-per views. Although the ability to change rosters manually is available, the game features a two-week WWE draft event. Storylines that are made can be changed and revamped by including another superstar or diva or by interfering in matches, with some storylines allowing rivalries to turn into alliances and vice versa. The player is also given the option to change SmackDown and Raw into their own original or cancelled WWE shows, though changes are limited for Superstars and shows must remain on the same calendar date. The mode is also improved to strengthen the line of division between exhibition and universe mode, with the former no longer affecting universe mode stats and with the latter's match card being forced to be complete before advancing on to an event, unless the matches are simulated through the Universe Calendar. The mode also allows for players to injure other superstars through uses of multiple finishers or weapon shots. Superstar momentum has also been furthered, with superstars on winning and losing streaks attributes rising ad falling respectively.[5]

Road to Wrestlemania

The "Road to WrestleMania", the mode in which players participate in a pre-scripted storyline featuring actual WWE wrestler voices also returned. Instead of choosing one of a number of different stories lasting three months each, the mode in WWE '12 consists of a single storyline taking place over eighteen months of WWE programming and encompassing two WrestleMania events (27th annual). The mode is split into three acts, the first of which sees the player assuming the role of the villainous Sheamus. The second act is centered around the heroic Triple H and the final act features the player taking control of a created superstar named Jacob Cass (voiced by then-TNA wrestler Austin Aries).[6] The game also includes creation modes for superstars, entrances, finishing moves, storylines, highlight reels, and introduced for the first time create-a-arena where the player can add color to the ring, aprons, turnbuckle, mat, change to steel or normal barricades and add custom logos. With future games having career showcases instead of storyline driven modes, WWE '12 is the final entry in the series to feature the "Road to Wrestlemania" mode.

Roster

WWE '12 marks the video game debuts of 13 superstars.

Development and release

There are significant differences in the appearance of the wrestlers in WWE '12 as opposed to SmackDown vs. Raw 2011. In this case, Randy Orton is wearing different attire and his hair has grown back.
WWE '12 was first announced on June 1, 2011[7] with the slogan, "Bigger, Badder, Better", which was the slogan of WrestleMania III.[8] THQ promoted a new animation system dubbed "Predator Technology".[9] The "Predator Technology" makes the wrestlers in the game look more realistic. In addition to allowing players to interrupt moves, attack animations such as John Cena's Five Knuckle Shuffle and Booker T's scissor kick no longer warp players to the center of the ring.[10] More realistic ring rope physics have also been added, with ropes moving as characters are slammed to the mat. The developers have also made efforts to prevent the collision detection problems that have affected the series in the past.[1] On July 28, 2011, it was announced that those who pre-ordered the game would be able to play as The Rock and also receive alternate attires for The Miz. On August 13, 2011, Jerry Lawler was announced as downloadable content (DLC).[11] Total Nonstop Action Wrestling performer Austin Aries voiced the main character of Jacob Cass in the Road to WrestleMania mode.[12]
On October 26, 2011, THQ revealed that the first DLC pack would consist of Shawn MichaelsJerry LawlerJim RossMichael Cole, alternate attires for The Road Warriors, and tag team attires for Christian and Edge.[13] The next day, information regarding the Divas DLC pack was released, announcing new playable characters including Trish StratusKharmaNikki and Brie BellaVickie Guerrero and Alicia Fox.[14] It was also announced that Alicia Fox would be free DLC. The third DLC pack would include Batista,[15] Brodus ClayRandy Savage[16] and Mick Foley.[17] Released alongside the third DLC Pack was what THQ called "Make Good DLC", a masked version of Kane. The item was available free for the first two weeks to make good for the game's many technical issues.[18] Some Xbox 360 users experienced a glitch with the Kane download in which they were forced to pay for the content, although the money was later refunded.[19]

Gameplay

Match gameplay
THQ said they would bring a more realistic fighting experience with a new analog control grappling system, enabling the player to throw their opponent anywhere they want, in contrast to previous preset animations.[1] In the new system, grappling moves are now affected by analog control, in contrast to the button-based system from preceding games.[2] Much like the previous game, one can also move around the ring by analog control instead of using the D-pad.[3] An option to switch to the previous control layout is also possible.[4] The chain reversal system has also been improved and now involves grapples as well as strikes.[1]

The Category 1 and Category 2 movesets are determined by weight-class now, so lighter wrestlers have access to martial arts or luchador move-sets, while heavier wrestlers have access to more power moves. In addition, a wrestler can only lift up or hurt with certain strikes, wrestlers one weight class heavier than them or less.

A lot more interactivity in the arenas is also present such as fighting within the crowd. Signs and objects from the crowd can be used to beat down the opponent. One major feature is the inclusion of environmental "hotspots" such as the ring ropes, steel steps and scaffolding which players can interact with.[1] The PlayStation 2 version however has a restriction on crowd fighting and interaction for specific match types.[5]

The graphics have also improved with each superstar consisting of 20,000 polygons for the Xbox 360 compared to the total of 5,000 from the PlayStation 2 version of the previous game.[6] Sweat from the wrestlers has now been included in the Xbox 360 version of the game.[4][7] The game's audio system has been overhauled and features new sound effects in Dolby 5.1 as well as the inclusion of new crowd chants and grunting from the wrestlers.[8]

Characters

WWE SmackDown vs. Raw 2007 marks the video game debuts of 16 superstars.

Cory Ledesma, creative manager of WWE SmackDown vs. Raw 2007, confirmed that the game has no new match types. However, there are improvements in existing match types. The Money in the Bank variant to the ladder match is now added and all ladder matches feature more flexibility in placing the ladders.[9] The player now has to use the analog sticks as hands and arms to retrieve the match's prize.[8]

The tables match has also undergone a complete overhaul, requiring players to build up momentum for a finisher and damage their opponent enough before being able to put them through a table, and making one of an opponent's limbs red.[8][9]

This also marked the first game since WWE SmackDown! Shut Your Mouth to not feature a diva-specific match stipulation with the Fulfill Your Fantasy match from the previous game removed.

Create modes

For the Create-A-Superstar mode, singer Lemmy's face is put in the game as a template.

The Create-An-Entrance mode has been improved with a new preview mode. As well as instantaneous previews of the entrances when the player makes a change, one can also specifically set the timing for camera angles, pyrotechnics and other effects. Despite the Xbox 360's hard drive and MP3 capability, the game is unable to recognize any music the player may have saved onto the console's hard drive, like previous WWE games for the original Xbox did with custom entrance music.

There is also a Create-A-Stable mode, which allows the player to make a tag-team, alliance, or a stable with up to five members. This also allows the player to come out in the same entrance as their teammates, unlike many other WWE games.

Inspired by John Cena's custom spinner championship belts, the ability to create belts with spinning centerpieces in the returning Create-A-Championship mode is now possible. The player also has the ability to manually spin these belts during an entrance. The championship belts from the previous game are included in this game in addition to created belts. These include the belts used by WWE in 2006: the WWE, World Heavyweight, Intercontinental, United States, World Tag Team, WWE Tag Team, Women's and Cruiserweight championships. Stone Cold Steve Austin's "Smoking Skull" belt and the nWo's version of the WCW World Heavyweight Championship has joined Ted DiBiase's Million Dollar Championship and the WWE Hardcore Championship as classic belts that can also be won and defended in the game.[10]

Release

The official demo for WWE SmackDown vs. Raw 2007 was released on the Xbox Live Marketplace on 28 September 2006, containing a No-DQ match between Triple H and Kane.[11]

Like the previous game, the game was released on the PlayStation 2 and the PlayStation Portable. While the series has traditionally been exclusive to the PlayStation series of consoles, this game was released on Xbox 360 after a series of lackluster wrestling games THQ released on the original Xbox. This is the first time a game in the SmackDown! series is featured in two different console generations. A steelbook version of the PlayStation 2 release was available exclusively in Australia.[12]

A PlayStation 3 version was also planned but was eventually cancelled. The developers publicly announced that they would rather concentrate their resources on other game systems. The next installment Smackdown vs. Raw 2008 was released for the PlayStation 3 and all future WWE games for the following 10 years have been released for the console.[13] There was also consideration over releasing the game on the Wii as the game's developers were waiting to learn more about the system.[7] However, during a video interview, creative manager Cory Ledesma announced there were no plans for it to be released on the Wii.

A special edition version for the Xbox 360 was sold for a limited time at EB Games and GameStop. This version featured the game in an aluminum case along with a bonus disc from The History of the WWE Championship DVD boxset and a copy of The Ultimate WWE Trivia Book.[14]

SmackDown vs. Raw 2007 received favorable reviews on all platforms according to video game review aggregator Metacritic.[35][36][37] In Japan, Famitsu gave it a score of one eight and three sevens for the Xbox 360 version,[18] and one five, one seven and two sixes for the PSP version.[17]

The game received praise for presentation and the high amount of content, but was criticized for glitches, including commentary and ring announcing problems, and collision detection issues, with wrestlers being able to skip climbing an occupied ladder, making the Money In The Bank match extremely difficult. For example, if one wrestler is on top of the ladder, another wrestler may suddenly superplex him, without even climbing the ladder.[38][39]

The match commentary and ring announcing were problematic in some arenas, such as WrestleMania and the Royal Rumble.[citation needed] These problems included a chair shot being referred to as a Stone Cold Stunner, the commentators talking about wrestlers not even featured in the match, Lilian Garcia being heard announcing someone to the ring, despite the fact that Tony Chimel is in the ring, or Jim Ross and Jerry Lawler talking over Tazz and Michael Cole and vice versa.[citation needed] These bugs only occurred on the PS2 version, as the PSP version did not feature commentary and the Xbox 360 version had patched the commentary bugs.[citation needed]

The PlayStation 2 version of SmackDown vs. Raw 2007 received a "Platinum" sales award from the Entertainment and Leisure Software Publishers Association (ELSPA),[40] indicating sales of at least 300,000 copies in the United Kingdom.[41]
